Warranty & Returns

We stand by everything that we deliver at Acorn Pickleball. This includes our entire range of pickleball paddles that we design with care and attention, as well as the service we deliver to our customers.

We will be as reasonable and fair as possible, doing everything we can to keep our customers happy.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on our Classic, Intermediate and Advanced Collections, with some exceptions. We offer a 90 day Limited Warranty on our Starter Collection. Exceptions are typically based on acceptable wear and tear, damage to any part of the paddle that occurs outside of regular play, or damage caused during regular play that has occurred during an overly aggressive situation. For clarity, any scratches, dents, chips, or any other damage caused by a collision or impact with another paddle, another player, or the court, or any other surface, is not covered by our warranty. Also, breakdown of a paddle's protective edge or a paddle's handle, from repeated strikes with the ground or any other surface, is not covered by this warranty.

Acorn Pickleball will satisfy an acceptable warranty situation by providing our customer with the same product, or a similar product that is of equal value as determined by us. The replacement product will be shipped to the customer at no cost and free of taxes. No monetary reimbursement of any type will be made to the customer. A replacement will only be made to the original purchaser and only if the paddle has been registered through the Acorn Pickleball website within 30 days of purchase.

RETURNS
If a customer wishes to return an unused Acorn product, they should connect with us citing why an attempt is being made to return the unused product. We will act reasonably when considering a return request. Please note, we are not able to entertain any requests to return a product that has been used. If a return is accepted, the customer will receive a credit to their Acorn Pickleball account, less any return shipping charges.
