Warranty & Returns
We stand by everything that we deliver at Acorn Pickleball. This includes our entire range of pickleball paddles that we design with care and attention, as well as the service we deliver to our customers.
Be assured, we will always do everything in our power to keep our customers happy.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
We offer a Lifetime Warranty on our pickleball paddles, with some exceptions. These exceptions are typically based on acceptable wear and tear, damage to any part of the paddle that occurs outside of regular play, or damage caused during regular play that has occurred during an overly aggressive situation. Acorn Pickleball will satisfy an acceptable warranty situation by providing our customer with the same product, or a similar product that is of equal value as determined by us. The replacement product will be shipped to the customer at no cost and free of taxes. No monetary reimbursement of any type will be made to the customer.
RETURNS
If a customer wishes to return an unused Acorn product, they should connect with us citing why an attempt is being made to return the unused product. We will act reasonably when considering a return request. Please note, we are not able to entertain any requests to return a product that has been used. If a return is accepted, the customer will receive a credit to their Acorn Pickleball account, less any return shipping charges.
